Nyingi’s career spans industries as diverse as Energy and Banking, and her expertise in employee relations, conflict resolution, and policy development is second to none. During her time as Head of Employee Relations at Heritage Bank Nigeria, she was recognized as a COVID Champion by the Chartered Institute of Bankers Nigeria for her exceptional work in managing staff health and welfare during the pandemic.
